- Assessment of clients needs - advice for delivery of optimal person centred care, wellbeing and quality of life enrichment for residents with frailty
- Delivering person centred outcomes - Person centred culture analysis and diagnosis / Training needs analysis, activity provision for people at different stages of dementia
- Work-based learning courses - For behaviour change in helping organisations in the delivery of measurable culture change and implementation of practice in activity provision. Author
Rosemary is an author as well. Her publications include the ‘The Successful Activity Co-ordinator’ and ‘Find the Right Care Home’ for Age Concern 2008 and ‘Insight into Dementia’ 2010, amongst others.
Rosemary also created 'Conversations that Matter; Breaking through Dementia', a powerful drama reconstruction to raise awareness and demonstrate a new way of communicating at a deeper emotional level with people experiencing dementia:
